|TITLE:||Account Manager - IT|
|DUTIES:||Establish new client relationships, partnerships, and internal operations to identify needs, and implement solutions. Sell full range of solutions ranging from consulting, strategic staff augmentation, and custom development. Drive revenue by formulating strategies and tactical sales initiatives to stimulate growth, and identifying areas of opportunity. Lead incremental business by forecasting sales volume and workforce requirements to drive repeatable and long term business. Maintain close working relationship with key client executives and managers to understand delivery issues, address concerns and maintain customer client satisfaction. Enable further development of the client base by improving existing engagements through sale of additional solutions. Effectively communicate to develop value-driven presentations, and implement all trade show plans.|
|REQUIREMENTS:||5+ years experience in selling and delivering solutions to Fortune 500 clients. 2+ years experience as Account Manager at a reputed IT staffing company. Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.|
|HOURS:||9:00am to 5:30pm 40 hours per week|
|WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL:||Yes, 100% of the time.|
